Sales funnels, the pictorial description of how potential customers move through the stages of readiness to purchase, are helpful in understanding the appropriate scale for activities at each stage and what to expect. Most business coaches must encounter more sales cycles to develop a statistically meaningful understanding of their sales funnel. Through interviews with hundreds of coaches, I have attempted to put together a meaningful and actionable approach to the market that helps set reasonable expectations about how activity might turn into a business. I wrote The Coach’s Funnel to capture the learnings from hundreds of coaches and EOS Implementers® about their experiences in business development successes and wasted efforts.The results have been enhanced over the years, but observations have proven to be consistently accurate. Here at Ninety we take feature requests to heart, but you can imagine as a software company how important prioritization and focus are to ensuring we deliver the most beneficial product possible to all. To help us achieve this, we use a tool called productboard. It’s a nifty little tool that allows users to submit feature requests. When we get enough of the same type of request we can begin to prioritize where our work should go. If you have a feature request you’d like to submit to us, simply reply to this thread with your request and someone from our Product Team will transfer your request to our productboard. We’ll respond back to you to let you know your request has been submitted!

Here’s what we know (because many of our Coaches have proven such); referral are your fastest path to new, right-fit clients. Referral end up creating ~70% of new business opportunities. Like anything else in your operation, how you go about asking for and receiving referrals is just a process. We welcome you to discover and operationalize this Referral Process into your own practice.
