Sales funnels, the pictorial description of how potential customers move through the stages of readiness to purchase, are helpful in understanding the appropriate scale for activities at each stage and what to expect.

 

Most business coaches must encounter more sales cycles to develop a statistically meaningful understanding of their sales funnel. Through interviews with hundreds of coaches, I have attempted to put together a meaningful and actionable approach to the market that helps set reasonable expectations about how activity might turn into a business.

I wrote The Coach’s Funnel to capture the learnings from hundreds of coaches and EOS Implementers®️ about their experiences in business development successes and wasted efforts.
