The Coach's Funnel

Sales funnels, the pictorial description of how potential customers move through the stages of readiness to purchase, are helpful in understanding the appropriate scale for activities at each stage and what to expect. Most business coaches must encounter more sales cycles to develop a statistically meaningful understanding of their sales funnel. Through interviews with hundreds of coaches, I have attempted to put together a meaningful and actionable approach to the market that helps set reasonable expectations about how activity might turn into a business. I wrote The Coach’s Funnel to capture the learnings from hundreds of coaches and EOS Implementers® about their experiences in business development successes and wasted efforts.The results have been enhanced over the years, but observations have proven to be consistently accurate. Here at Ninety we take feature requests to heart, but you can imagine as a software company how important prioritization and focus are to ensuring we deliver the most beneficial product possible to all. To help us achieve this, we use a tool called productboard. It’s a nifty little tool that allows users to submit feature requests. When we get enough of the same type of request we can begin to prioritize where our work should go. If you have a feature request you’d like to submit to us, simply reply to this thread with your request and someone from our Product Team will transfer your request to our productboard. We’ll respond back to you to let you know your request has been submitted!

We know this to be true as well - our Founders are former EOS Implementers, we have hundreds of coaches referring our platform to their clients and we’ve talked to hundreds more along the way. We want to help you be wildly successful and make business development a little easier. As a 90 Coach, here are the ways we want to support your business development efforts: Lead MatchingAt the time of this writing, Ninety has 7500+ paying clients and growing rapidly - over half of whom are uncoached. Our Client Success team is continually supporting these companies and we have methods to detect when an introduction to a coach makes sense. As we build our entrepreneurial community we’ll also have incentives to introduce those users to coaches. NOTE: This program is only available to 90 Coach Champions. A 90 Coach Champion is any coach that has referred at least 10 paying clients to
