Active Participation - communities provide the most value when members actively participate. Ninety will participate, in appropriate intervals, to help the community have meaningful dialogue.

Be Kind and Courteous
We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment and get better at Self Implementing EOS. Let's treat everyone with dignity & respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.

No Disparaging Dialogue
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying or fearmongering of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

No Promotions or Spam
Give more than you take to this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren't allowed and will be promptly removed. If you think what you're about to post is solicitous, it probably is. We believe in a 3 strike rule.

Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.

If a user repeatedly breaks the guidelines we may need to suspend their account - protecting the community from malicious users is a top priority for the community team. We are hoping though that this will never be necessary!
